Throughout its existence, Gonçalves & Gomes, Lda., has promoted important changes in its structure and organization, always with the aim of offering a complete and adequate management service to the needs of its Clients.
In this sense, and continuing this process, we decided to take a new step, becoming part of one of the five largest global audit, consulting, and accounting assistance networks – BDO.
BDO’s history demonstrates the success of a global deployment, starting from a local presence in Portugal, since 1981, currently on its 40th anniversary.
BDO in Portugal currently has 5 offices (Lisbon, Porto, Braga, Funchal and Faro) and around 300 employees. Now, has the pleasure to announce the presence in Maia, maintaining its activity in Luanda, Angola as well.
Internationally, BDO, which was founded in 1963, is a global organization with more than 95,000 partners and employees, present in 164 countries and territories, and with more than 1,700 offices around the world.
BDO’s mission, of which we are now a part of, is to provide an exceptional service to our clients, in all regions, service lines and sectors of activity in which they are present.
Our integration into BDO is a reflection of the growth of Gonçalves & Gomes, Lda., which will now present itself as BDO Outsourcing, Serviços de Contabilidade e Organizacão II, Lda., expanding and diversifying its line of services, but continuing to ensure and protect the interests of its Clients with the same dedication, and now allowing Clients and Employees access to the means and resources available on the BDO network in Portugal and worldwide.
